奶黃月餅始創人葉永華師傅親自監製，更花上兩年時間研發出全新低糖奶黃月餅。採用天然麥芽糖醇，配上頂級芥花籽油、牛油和麵粉，匠心秘制奶黃餡，將甜度降至5%以內，但仍然保留到牛油香氣和軟滑的口感。
