師傅手工捏製千層外皮，口感香酥綿密；嚴選大甲檳榔心芋製作芋頭餡，每一顆芋頭去蕪存菁，口感扎實飽滿；搭配濁水溪糯米製成的Q彈麻糬，甜度剛剛好不多也不少。
